About Us
Elena D'Angelo was born and raised in Rome, Italy.
There she attended the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in which she obtained a Masters Degree in Architecture in June 2001. In March 2002 she obtained her Professional Qualification and in July 2002 she enrolled in the Order of Architects, Urban Planners, Landscape Designers and Conservative Restorers of Rome, to which she is still maintains her registry.
Her career as an Architect has touched all professional fields, from the design of new buildings, project managing, drafting of executive drawings, to the conservative restoration of historic buildings, to interior renovations, both for individual clients, and for Religious Congregations and Construction Companies .
From 2006 - 2016 she was a consultant at REAG SPA, a Real Estate Evaluation Company in which she held the role of Project Manager and Team Leader in the evaluation of Real Estate Stocks of Non-Performing Loans for the largest European Banking Institutes.
In 2014 she moved with her husband, Federico Santini, and daughters, to Wheeling WV (USA), where she still lives, and after the first two years of adjustment, today she works as a Real Estate Developer, and Interior Designer in USA.
In 2019 She passed the state exams to became a licensed residential Contractor in WV.
She is currently working in Real Estate Development as both an investor, and designer of residential units. She is also dedicated to Interior Design, Remodeling and Real Estate Scouting & Advising, staging services for home sales, as well as advice for prospective home buyers on remodeling options.

DESIGN CONSULTATION
Whether you are looking for paint colors, furniture staging, or collaborating on ideas for a space renovation, Elena D'Angelo is happy to offer a two-hour design consultation in your home.
ROOM DESIGN
Do you want to redecorate one room in your home without any major construction? We can provide you with a new design plan. This includes a new color palette, new floorplan, furniture selection, lighting, flooring and every accessory.
HOME RENOVATION
We will guide you through the design process taking you step-by-step through each phase. We provide floor plans, elevations, detail drawings, as well as selection of cabinetry, finishes, fixtures, flooring, wall treatments and paint.
We'll help you choosing the contractor, comparing offers and to set a timeline for starting and finishing the job
CUSTOM BUILT INS DESIGN
Whichever your built-ins idea is, Elena can design custom cabinetry, s fireplace units or closet organization, to fit your space perfectly and improve the functionality of your space.
Steps of the Design & Remodeling process

Determine Scope of Project
The first call meeting it's to discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. After that there will be an in home consultation, when we'll walk through your space, take notes, and gather the information we need to prepare a proposal for your project.
After the consultation, we'll prepare a detailed proposal to outline the scope of work, suggested project budget, and estimated timeline. Once approved, you'll receive a contract and invoice to officially confirm your spot on our design calendar.

Design
After the contract is signed and the down payment has been paid, we start to research design options and to create a master design plan. We'll provide 2D floor plans, elevations, and mood boards with examples of finishing and fixtures.
We'll give you a rough construction estimate and we will eventually refine the design to fit your budget.
We'll work on drawings & permits too.
After the design in approved, we'll help to select all of the finishes

Shopping & Orders
If included in the proposal, We can help you placing all the orders, tracking deliveries and double check that everything is delivered correctly, we will eventually manage returns & substitutions

Project Managing
We also offer project managing services, once the construction starts, to make sure everything has been done correctly. We will help making changes if there will be technical problems during the execution and we will walk you thru the entire construction process until the project is complete.
